We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Consultant within our National Health Transformation Team (HTT). The National Health Transformation Team is part of Aon's Human Capital US practice.
This position will likely work virtually and can be associated with our offices located in Bloomington, MN, Chicago, IL, Norwalk CT, Atlanta, GA, Los Angeles, or The Woodlands, TX

What the day will look like
The DEIB consultant role will spend the majority of their day leading and driving client projects in the areas of DEIB, health equity, and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) creating value for clients and impacting their business results. Other aspects of time may include contributing to the development of consulting solutions and thought leadership deliverables. The DEIB consultant will work closely with other Aon colleagues including members of the Health Transformation Team delivering client work. Furthermore, this role will also work with Health Solutions Account Executives and Client Delivery teams to share subject matter expertise and drive business development opportunities.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Under general direction, provide DEIB consulting support to Health Solutions consultants in the servicing of existing clients and prospects:
• Lead, drive, and direct colleagues on the execution of firm wide DEIB consulting work including a focus on health equity and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of DEIB, developing knowledge and educating clients and colleagues on best practices and market trends, benchmarking, and industry research.
• Work and build relationships with Health Solutions consultants to drive new business opportunities and collaborate on revenue growth opportunities with existing clients
• Manage client projects, through strong project management skills, in the functional areas of qualitative and quantitative analytics, strategy design and development, vendor selection and implementation, measurement and engagement/communication approach
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to identify thought leadership and project development needs in the DEIB area
• Assist in the creation of evidence-based, scalable, and financially sustainable DEIB solutions which address health disparities, access issues, and SDOH, creating a link between social impact and positive business results
Education:
• 8-10 years of related experience with DEIB, health equity, and SDOH required
• DEIB certification preferred
• Experience in data analytics and measurement work
• Consulting experience required
• Business development/development of proposals experience a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software with PowerPoint expertise preferred

Pay Transparency Laws
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $105,000 to $130,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of New York City. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
